Your use of our website and related branding and signage services (collectively, the "Services") is subject to these Terms. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We provide professional signage and branding solutions, including AI-powered logo generation, physical signage manufacturing, and project consultation. "Content" refers to designs, imagery, and physical sign specifications created through our platform. "Output" refers to the generated logo concepts and brand identities based on your input.

To access certain features like project tracking or high-resolution logo downloads, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

One & Only Branding Solutions owns the platform, algorithms, and brand elements. However, you retain ownership of the specific Logo Designs and Brand Identities generated for your business using our tools. You are free to use, modify, and trademark these designs for your commercial operations. We make no ownership claims over your final brand output.

For orders involving physical signage: (a) Specifications are based on your approved designs; (b) Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on manufacturing and installation requirements in Bengaluru; (c) Standard warranties apply to material defects as specified in your individual project quote.

Our AI features help generate brand concepts. While we strive for excellence, AI systems may have limitations. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content to ensure it meets your brand standards and does not infringe on existing trademarks within your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One & Only Branding Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services, AI outputs, or signage installations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
